Dr. Munot is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in gastroenterology and internal medicine. She earned her medical degree at Government Medical College in Nagpur, India. From there she completed her internal medicine residency and earned her gastroenterology fellowship at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York. Upon completion, Dr. Munot earned her advanced endoscopy fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where she was an associate professor in the gastroenterology department.
