Shelby Menard, APRN & Alyssa Young, APRN join Atlantic Digestive Specialists
Advanced practice registered nurses (APRN) Shelby Menard and Alyssa Young have joined the medical team at Atlantic Digestive Specialists (ADS).
Highly experienced, Shelby earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Salem State University in Massachusetts before working at medical facilities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She is currently working on her doctor of nursing practice (DNP) degree from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell. Shelby has joined the ADS office in Portsmouth.
Alyssa earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing at the University of New Hampshire. A board-certified family nurse practitioner, Alyssa has worked at healthcare practices and hospitals throughout the granite state. Alyssa has joined the ADS office in Somersworth.
Kathy Gibson, PA-C, joins Atlantic Digestive Specialists
Certified physician assistant Kathy Gibson had joined the medical team at Atlantic Digestive Specialists in Portsmouth, the primary providers of gastroenterological services on the Seacoast.
Kathy earned her bachelor of science degree in neuroscience and behavioral biology from Emory University in Atlanta and her master of science in health sciences, physician assistant, from George Washington University in Washington, DC. She most recently worked at Interventional Spine Medicine in Barrington and is experienced in prescribing medication and providing physical exams to assess health concerns.
